Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Euphia mobile app (the “App” or “Service”). By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service description

Euphia is a personal astrology app that provides astrological content and interpretations based on your natal chart. Astrology content is for entertainment and self-reflection — it is not professional advice.

Euphia is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For decisions affecting your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Accounts

Accounts are anonymous by default and require no name, email, or phone. Your identity is an app-generated anonymous ID. You are responsible for your device and the data on it.

6. Subscriptions (Euphia Pro)

• Euphia Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
• Refunds follow the relevant store's (Apple / Google) refund policies.
• The current price and period are shown in the relevant store at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties;
• misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service;
• use the Service in a way that overloads or disrupts it or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its brand, design, and content belong to Euphia (or its licensors) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of your own inputs (your notes and entries).

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euphia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. You are responsible for decisions you make based on astrological and AI-generated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in that case, the above limitations apply to you only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and closing your account.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Gaziantep. (Rights granted by consumer-protection law are reserved.)

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are surfaced in-app. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
